Renovations were well along on the 6th Street project when an unexpected guest dropped in doing considerable structure damage to south-west corner of the building.

The Titan team had the site cleaned up in short order and continued on to complete the project.

The owner has since engaged Titan to build an addition as well as a loft/office above the garage (near completion).

Titan was instrumental in acquiring approvals and permits in a difficult environment.
